Extracurricular Activities

St. John Vianney School offers its students a wide range of extracurricular activities

  • Students in grades K-4 can participate in CYS sports.
  • Students in grades 5-8 may play basketball, soccer, volleyball and join the track team through CMAC (the Catholic Middle School Athletic Commission).
  • Students have the opportunity to qualify for the National Junior Honor Society and run for Student Council office.
  • Students in grades 1-8 can join the choir, chorus, the bell choir, and band.
  • Students may volunteer as altar servers.
  • Scouting is available at SJV.
  • Middle school students can join the TAG team (Teens in Action Group) which is a social and service organization.
  • Saint John Vianney also has a Thespian Society and Drama Club, open to 6-8 grade students. The students perform in both a fall and spring play. In addition to being actors students can also work behind the scenes as the stage crew.
